You are not aware that you have put on some masks to hide your real personality. The masks are the personality traits which you pretend to show to the world , which actually are not part of your personality. You think these masks are necessary to be loved, liked and accepted by the world.
In the presence of some people, the need of these masks is more whereas in the presence of some people, the need of these masks is less. When you meet different people you can see the reflections of your masks in the reactions of the people. Although these masks help you to fulfil your needs from the world, they are the hurdles to knowing your true authentic self. They are the obstructions to your progress.
The language you speak and the daily choices you make, have the power to break down or strengthen these masks. Thus it is possible to get rid of these masks through your thoughts and language.

Stop working to survive-wake up and thrive (Page 87-106)

Have you ever thought about what governs the nature of your existential lived reality?
Your existential lived reality is defined in your brain. It is strongly influenced by your experiences, values, beliefs, perceptions, observations and your view of who you are. If you think you're alone and insignificant, you have more chances of manifesting the reality you want to escape from. If you feel you are part of an expanded reality and grow your awareness of the interconnectedness of all life, you will find yourself in a place where your existential needs are not only made but are exceeded.
You may be wondering how would you know what your view of existential reality is
You can know your view of existential reality when you make any judgement. It is your default browser. You can change your view of existential reality the way you want through your thinking. Your ability to adapt fast and rewire your brain to find opportunities and blessings in a crisis is what determines how much you can grow in your personal, professional and business life.
The choices you make determines the reality you create.
Close the mental gap between your fearful scarcity persona and the abundant, authentic individual. You can rewire your brain by adopting new beliefs, clarifying your authentic values, and following the five principles you are learning; to make all the changes you want to make.
When trust dies, mistrust blossoms
You have trust in yourself. This is your protective mechanism. When this mechanism is broken, you start doubting yourself. You also start doubting the other people. The negative thoughts prevent you from getting the success and good fortune.
Stop being a people pleaser
Transform your scarcity persona into a thriving individual (Behavioral Change Principles(R):
1. Be adaptable and flexible
2. Know the role of your fears
3. Develop emotional intelligence
4. Differentiate injected from authentic values
5. Balance one sided perceptions
6. Adopt a non-judgemental attitude
7. Take daily and consistent action
8. Use repetition, reflection and reinvention
9.Upgrade your thinking, language and speaking
10. Be appreciative, caring and grateful.
To increase your chances for the changes you want to happen, take a piece of paper or open a word document and list fifty drawbacks and benefits on how each of the principles will help you to achieve your specific outcome. By the time you write this, your brain will find the solutions to the drawbacks and thus your authentic individual will thrive.

Disarm your emotional field to build an impenetrable shield

Your emotions can weaken or strengthen the power of your unfakeable self. Therefore, use your emotions intelligently. Use your feelings as a sophisticated alarm and guiding system that your inner unfakeable warrior can use to protect and safeguard you.
Stop being a slave to your one-sided emotions
Being submissive to your emotions wastes opportunities for connection, collaboration and friendship. Therefore decrease the intensity of emotional reactions.
See emotional crisis as a blessing in disguise
Just as every crisis has some opportunity in it, emotional crisis has also opportunity in it. To take advantage of the opportunity, it is advisable to write down all in a journal, go for a long walk, observed the benefits of the crisis quietly in meditation buy breathing deeply, rhythmically and being present to all that is.
