Overcome anxiety in 30 days

Overcome anxiety in 30 days

Today we all suffer from various types of anxiety.   No one knows how to overcome the anxiety.   At such times the book '30 Days 30 Ways to Reduce Anxiety' written by Bev Azbet will help you.

This book gives you  a 30 days or a month program.   A plan is given for each day.   All you have to do is to  follow the daily instructions wholeheartedly.   You will definitely feel the difference after 30 days.  Ready? Now lets see how to beat anxiety in 30 days.

Day 1 ЁЯМЕ

Ok! Today you are tormented by anxiety. But does it mean that you are broken or you are being punished? Certainly not.

Then, what is anxiety ЁЯдФ?  It's not a big deal.  It is a common thing.   Even successful people suffer from anxiety.    Don't panic because you suffer from anxiety.

Day 2 ЁЯМЕ

If you suffer from anxiety, imagine that anxiety is like an unwanted  guest in your house ЁЯПа.   So what to do, give this guest a separate room  in the house and say, 'This is your room.   Sit here and do what you want.   Do not disturb me in my work.' Remember, overcoming anxiety does not mean getting rid of anything.

Day 3 ЁЯМЕ

If you try to resist something, it becomes stronger ЁЯТк and more painfulЁЯШЦ.

So instead of resisting anxiety, divert  your mind.    Read a bookЁЯУЪ, watch a  movieЁЯОе, find something interesting ЁЯШБ.

Day 4 ЁЯМЕ

If you have a lot of work to do, you feel restlessЁЯШм.    Don't try to tackle a mountainЁЯПФ️ of work overnight.   Make a list of your tasks and complete ✅ them step by stepЁЯкЬ.   As the tasks are completed, your anxiety will decrease.

Day 5 ЁЯМЕ

Treat your anxiety as if it were a stranger.  Let's say an alien ЁЯС╛ came from an unknown planet ЁЯкР and your anxiety is a case study for him.   He wants to make a report ЁЯУЬ on your anxiety and send it to his headquarters on the planet.   Give this alien the necessary information.   You will learn a lot about your anxiety and how to overcome it.

Day 6 ЁЯМЕ

You may have heard that your mind is a mischievous monkey ЁЯРТ or 'mind monkey'.   Meditation can be used to tame this mind monkey.

Day 7 ЁЯМЕ

Your past continues to haunt ЁЯС╗ you.    Instead of thinking about the past,  get into the habit of thinking about what is going on around you in the present situation. It will help  you  come out of the past and live in the present.

Day 8 ЁЯМЕ

Treat yourself with compassion this day.   Let go of the angerЁЯдм with yourself, stop ЁЯЫС being cruel to yourself, give yourself an 'emotion detoxЁЯз╝' treatment.

Day 9 ЁЯМЕ

You are limiting yourself in some things.   You always say and think 'something must be done.'   This 'must' letter binds ⛓️ you.  But there is nothing you MUST do. You have freedom to do everything.   So get rid of this 'must' from your thinking and also  stop ЁЯЫС the limiting language.

Day 10 ЁЯМЕ

Everything you observe ЁЯФн is as it is. If you think good about it, it looks good ЁЯСН to you. If you think bad ЁЯШЮ about it, it looks bad to you. So change your negative thoughts ЁЯТм and negative language and everything will be fine for you.

Day 11 ЁЯМЕ

Not all of your perceptions are the facts, but you think they are the facts.   The beauty of perceptions is that when these perceptions change, so does your experience.   Make a list ЁЯУЬ of your perceptions.   Look at them, consider whether they are perceptions or facts.   You will find that a number of these perceptions are not facts. So? Change them and your experience will change.

Day 12 ЁЯМЕ

Do you constantly fearЁЯШи 'what if something happens' or 'what if something doesn't happen?'  Write your fears on a piece of paperЁЯУЬ.  Now write their answers.   You will find that many of these things do not happen.   But you worry for no reason.  Isn't it good to stop ЁЯЫС thinking this?

Day 13 ЁЯМЕ

If you faceЁЯШИ a problem, remember it is a hassle and not a disaster ⚡. There is a procedure to tackle a hassle. Write down the starting point of the hassle and write down the end point, which is your solution to the problem. Now go on filling in the intermediate stepsЁЯкЬ to reach the solution. This is the way it is !

See how your attitude will lighten up.  If not, enjoy the simple things.  Go for a walk, take a nap.

Day 14 ЁЯМЕ

Today you are going to be an  artist ЁЯЦМ️, sounds good?  This is the 'art  therapy'.  A simple drawing book ЁЯУЪ and  coloring material ЁЯОи, not very expensive, are enough for this.   Remember how a child  draws a picture ЁЯЦ╝️.    He is not concerned about who will see the picture or who will like the picture.      A child just puts his feelings on paperЁЯУЬ.   Can you draw a picture like a child and colour it as well?

Day 15 ЁЯМЕ

Do you know you have a child  inside you?   You have held this child captive ⛓️ until now.   You have to be a responsible parent and save this little child.   Get a photo of your childhood and remember how innocent ЁЯШЗ, open-minded, playful ЁЯжж you were back then.   Meet your inner child.

Day 16 ЁЯМЕ

How will you react when you meet your inner child?   It will be a mixed reaction.   Maybe even cry ЁЯШн.   But never mind.   That is also natural.   Stay in touch with this child, make time for him, do what you loved as a child.

Day 17 ЁЯМЕ

Get in touch with your inner child.   But this will not convince him.    Make this little boy believe that you are at his back. Tell him that you  ignored him until now.   But now you will take time out of your busy schedule for him.

Day 18 ЁЯМЕ

Today is the day for you and your inner child just to indulge yourselves.  Go on, use your imagination and find multiple ways to have fun.   If you can take a day's leave, take it. Get up late in the morning ЁЯМЕ.   Have a nice breakfast ЁЯеЮ.   Play a musical instumentЁЯО╗ if you can.   Go to an ice creamЁЯНж parlor and eat ice cream.   Today is your day.

Day 19 ЁЯМЕ

Today is a day to express gratitude.    You exclaim, 'Gosh!  Gratitude?  What for?  Nothing is going well in my life ЁЯзм.    To whom should express gratitude and why?'  But look, how do you say that?   Are you not now sitting  comfortably and reading a book?   That means you can afford to buy the bookЁЯУЪ.   True or not?   Try to recollect and  many more good things will be remembered.  Always be grateful to life and to the world.

Day 20 ЁЯМЕ

Do you take life too seriouslyЁЯШ│?  Life does not need to be taken too seriously. So what should you do?  Simple, laugh ЁЯШВ !  Laugh a lot today.   This is 'laughter therapy'.   Tell someone a joke.   Watch comedy ЁЯШВ movies.

Day 21 ЁЯМЕ

What you eat has a huge impact on your emotions and one of the worst things for your health is sugar ЁЯНм.  Stop or cut down on sugar.  Pay attention to your health.   Include whole grains ЁЯМ╛, fresh vegetables ЁЯНЖ, fruits ЁЯен, proteins in your diet.   Drink  plenty of waterЁЯТж.

Day 22 ЁЯМЕ

Now you have to understand the importance of one word and that word is - 'No' ЁЯл╕.   Because if you can't say no when you want to, people take you for granted and then you get busy doing things you don't want to and get burdened ЁЯЫЕ with anxiety.

Day 23 ЁЯМЕ

Do you try to please ЁЯе║ everyone?   If you do, stop ЁЯЫС this habit.   This is because you remain so busy with other people's work that you don't have time ⏰ for yourself.

Day 24 ЁЯМЕ

The people you get along with can tell you much about how you are.  The face of these people is like a mirrorЁЯкЮ in which you can see your own faceЁЯШИ.   Look ЁЯСА at your face in this mirror ЁЯкЮ and make  suitable changes in yourself.

Day 25 ЁЯМЕ

Do you think other people are smarter, better, more intelligent ЁЯза than you?   But the fact is not like that.   You are equally smart, good, intelligent.   There is no one like you.   You are just you.

Day 26 ЁЯМЕ

Today you are going to learn a a new concept called 'synchronicity'.   Carl Jung, the founder of modern psychology, is the originator of this concept.   According to this concept, everything in the universe ЁЯММ lies in its wavelengthЁЯМК.  If you want something, you have to get on its wavelength.  How can you do that?  Through your thoughts ЁЯТн and words.    Say 'Today is going to be a goodЁЯСН day,' and you will have a good day.  Keep saying what you want and it will come to you.

Day 27 ЁЯМЕ

To be in somebody's good books ЁЯУЪ or  be in somebody's favor or to avoid someone's displeasure, you do a number of things against your will  every day.  Stop ЁЯЫС doing all such things and do only those things which you love ЁЯТХ to do.

Day 28 ЁЯМЕ

Your intuition or inner voice tells you something.    At some point, you have stopped listening your intuition.   Go somewhere far away or go on a tour without a specific destination in mind.   You will start establishing a  link  with your intiuition again and then keep a habit of listening your intuition.

Day 29 ЁЯМЕ

When you tell yourself about past hurts ЁЯдХ and pains, you are telling yourself a story about your past that is no longer happening.   That was the first draft of your life story, throw it away and start writing ЁЯЦК️ a better story today.

Day 30 ЁЯМЕ

Faith is generally considered a religious belief.   But you can also have faith in things that are not related to religion. They can be  your loved ЁЯШН ones, the power of loveЁЯТХ, life ЁЯзм, etc.   So have some faith.  Look at nature ЁЯМ┤, no matter how much calamity ⚡ happens in nature, nature changes itself and restores its balance.   Have faith in nature.  Have faith in the basic goodness of people.   You are a wonderfulЁЯСН person yourself.   Have faith in yourself.

Review ЁЯФм-

So this is a brief introduction to the book written by Bev Azbet.   This book is written in such a simple language that we do not notice the great principles hidden in it.   Getting rid of anxiety in 30 days seems like a difficult misdion  to us.   But from the above summary of this book you will realize that it is not impossible.   You need to put your heart❤️ into it and this book is a guide to that.   Citations given by the authoress from various books ЁЯУЪ illustrate her study.   As the authoress is a good cartoonist, the she has drawn appropriate cartoons to illustrate the topic of each chapter.   In short, this book is not meant to be kept in a collection, but to be kept close and constantly read, implemented.   I rate this book a full 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
